Hubi Blackout Power Cut Kit 40W

The 40W Hubi Blackout / Power Cut Kit has been developed to provide essential power during power cuts and grid outages. The system includes a 40W fold-up solar panel, a 10A Hubi battery unit, two rechargeable lanterns and two Hubi Nano Torches – everything required to keep essential devices charged and lighting available.

Charge the Hubi battery unit with the included mains charger ready for when you need it, then use the compact folding solar panel during a power cut to replenish the Hubi Battery. The Hubi can be used not only to recharge the lanterns and torches but also to power your essential 5V devices, such as smartphones, or small 12V gadgets, such as fans and radios.

When the 40W solar panel isn't connected to your Hubi, you can alternatively use it to charge your car or leisure batteries directly. Included with the kit is an in-line 10Ah charge controller, a connection cable, and the choice of crocodile clips to attach the panel to the battery or to plug straight into a 12V socket in your car, caravan, motorhome, or campervan.
